Follow-up meetings are organised with our consultants every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure that their assignments are running smoothly. Our managers listen to them on a daily basis and provide more regular follow-up for consultants who feel the need to do so.

An annual interview and a professional interview are carried out on each consultant’s first anniversary in order to take stock of their development, training needs and career plans.

Our HR team carries out career interviews at the request of employees and works closely with managers and team leaders.

We offer our teams training on a variety of subjects: certification training with software publishers, industry-specific training (regulations, GCP, etc.), personal development training (assertiveness and leadership, project management, etc.), tailor-made or in-house training (mentoring).

We organise regular events to enable our consultants to meet up and exchange ideas (evenings twice a year, wellness days, etc.). Through our IVI’Share programme, we also give everyone the opportunity to share and benefit from each other’s expertise, so that we can all improve our skills as a team.
