By signing this Charter, we confirm our commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all our teams, and to promoting equal opportunities and diversity in all its aspects.

The Diversity Charter is a set of commitments open to signature by any employer wishing to take a proactive approach to diversity, going beyond the legal framework of the fight against discrimination.
By signing the Diversity Charter, we undertake to :

📢 Promote the application of the principle of non-discrimination in all its forms in all acts of management and decision-making by the company or organization, and in particular in all stages of human resources management.
🚀 Promote the representation of the diversity of French society in all its differences and richness, cultural, ethnic and social components, within the workforce and at all levels of responsibility.
🎙️Communiquer on our commitment to all our employees as well as our customers, partners and suppliers, to encourage them to respect and deploy these principles.
🙏🏼 Make the development and implementation of our diversity policy the subject of social dialogue with employee representatives.
🎯 Regularly assess the progress made, informing both internally and externally of the practical results resulting from the implementation of our commitments.
