This October, IVIDATA Life Sciences teams will be taking part in the Odysséa Race to fight against breast cancer, a disease that affects one woman in eight during her lifetime. This initiative is part of our CSR approach and our membership of the Club Cancer@Work.
The Odysséa solidarity race
For over 20 years, Odysséa has been a charity race organized in aid of the fight against breast cancer. This year, IVIDATA Life Sciences is taking part in the initiative, offering its employees and customers the chance to join the race on October 6 in Paris or, for those outside the Paris region, to take part remotely via the connected race.
An initiative rooted in our CSR approach
As part of our CSR approach, we have initiated a number of initiatives linked to our core business, health. It was in this context that we joined the Cancer@Work Club, with the aim of improving the work/illness balance. We conducted a survey among our teams to understand their expectations, needs and actions to be taken. In 2023 and 2024, we took part in the Course des Héros, a charity and solidarity race. Joining the Odysséa initiative was an obvious extension of our actions.
